Irene Waldridge is a highly accomplished entrepreneur and executive with a remarkable track record in the medical device industry. With over 27 years of experience, she has founded two medical device companies.

Ms. Waldridge serves as the Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO). She holds two patents and is the creative mind behind the novel FDA-cleared Neuroglide Pain Relief and Recovery System, a cutting-edge Back/Neck Pad System designed to alleviate acute and chronic pain while enhancing lymphatic circulation to remove harmful waste from the body's soft tissues.

Prior to her work at Eva Medtec, Ms. Waldridge founded Tactile Medical, where she held four patents for the Flexitouch System. This medical device revolutionized the treatment of lymphedema and venous insufficiency, showcasing her pioneering spirit and dedication to improving healthcare solutions. Over the years, Ms. Waldridge has held various executive roles, including CEO, Chairwoman of the Board, and CTO, further demonstrating her leadership and expertise in the industry.

Mr. Wieden possesses over 30 years of executive management experience in leading startup or spinoff technology companies and executing commercialization plans, with a direct focus on new business enterprises, leveraging new product/service innovations and bringing them to market. His experience as a multi-disciplined and multi-industry business strategist in corporate development initiatives (strategy – tactics – execution), has provided an innate ability to set vision, strategic execution, drive revenue generation and motivate teams and key stakeholders to achieve growth results.

His background includes the development and commercialization efforts for a plethora of “idea” stage technology product and service enterprises. In that regard, he has been chosen to lead four start-up/spin-off ventures for a myriad of Fortune 500 technology firms that he led to exponential growth. Over the last decade, he has successfully led a handful of companies that encompassed the following technology categories, medical device, pharmaceutical, CPG, e-commerce/distribution, new-age beverage, kinetic energy devices, LED lighting and thermo-electrics. These past business ventures have led to market experience in conducting business in a number of international markets which has enabled him to build a formidable network of business contacts and strategic partners to augment market opportunities.

Dr. Mark Melin, MD, FACS, RPVI, FACCWS, is a distinguished Senior Associate Consultant at the Wound Clinic, Gonda Vascular Center, Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. His extensive expertise and interests encompass various facets of wound care and vascular health. Dr. Melin's professional focus includes:

Jules Fisher boasts a remarkable career spanning over 30 years in the medical device industry, having worked with both large and small-cap public companies. Additionally, he has accumulated more than a decade of experience in Fortune 500 pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare businesses from earlier in his professional journey. His extensive C-suite background encompasses various critical domains including finance, business development, sales, marketing, and global operations. Mr. Fisher has notably held the position of CFO for three public medical technology companies based in the Twin Cities. In this capacity, he played instrumental roles in the successful sale of two of these companies to strategic acquirers.

Before his CFO roles, he served as Vice President Business Controlling at Medrad Inc., a subsidiary of Bayer Healthcare and Bayer AG. This position was held until 2012. His association with Possis Medical began in 2005 when he took on the role of CFO. Following the sale of Possis Medical to Bayer in April 2008, he remained with the business for nearly four more years. Subsequently, he ventured into contract CFO roles with predominantly early-stage companies.

Jules Fisher's academic background includes a BS Degree in Accounting from Valparaiso University and an MBA in Finance from Loyola University Chicago. He also holds the distinction of being a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). Currently, Mr. Fisher and his wife reside in Maple Grove, Minnesota, where they are raising their three daughters.

With 17 years of experience in managing pain clinics specializing in multidisciplinary solutions for pain management and rehabilitation, Ms. Hastings possesses a deep understanding of effective treatments for patients dealing with chronic spine and musculoskeletal pain conditions. This expertise positions her as a valuable resource in the field of pain management.

Additionally, her 6 years of experience in research and development, specifically in the design, engineering, and quality control of Class II medical devices, further adds to her skill set. This experience includes vendor and supplier management, the establishment of FDA quality control procedures, and the operation of an FDA registered manufacturing facility. These roles highlight her ability to navigate the regulatory landscape and ensure compliance in the medical device industry.

Dr. Frestedt is also President/CEO for Frestedt Incorporated, Alimentix and the Frestedt Learning Center. She has 40+ years of experience in clinical research, regulatory negotiation, quality system development and business leadership. Frestedt Incorporated and Alimentix are service providers with over 70 experts working in broad CRQE areas of clinical research, regulatory compliance, corporate quality system development and biomedical engineering. Dr. Frestedt has experience running clinical trials, conducting laboratory analyses and assisting firms with strategic decisions involving clinical research programs, regulatory strategies and quality system management to compete globally. Dr. Frestedt and her team are well known for their advisory board, clinical, regulatory, quality and training functions.

Frank Aviles, PT, CWS, FACCWS, CLT-LANA, ALM, AWCC, MAPWCA, is a distinguished healthcare professional with a wealth of experience and expertise in the field. Serving as the Director of Lymphatic and Wound Healing Services at Hyperbaric Physicians of Georgia, a renowned physician group specializing in Hyperbaric and Wound Care Medicine, Frank and his team focus on the treatment of poorly-healing ulcers, challenging infections, soft tissue injuries, and compromised surgical wounds using cutting-edge therapies. Committed to delivering the highest standards of care, their Medical Directors are all Certified Wound Specialists who adhere to evidence-based practice guidelines and UHMS protocols for hyperbaric oxygen therapy. In addition to his role at Hyperbaric Physicians of Georgia, Frank holds the esteemed position of President at The Save A Leg, Save A Life Foundation and serves as a Board Member at Lighthouse Lymphedema Network. Further extending his influence in the healthcare community, Frank also functions as the Wound Care Clinical Coordinator and Clinical Care Service Line Director at Natchitoches Regional Medical Center, a leading 96-bed hospital that serves as the flagship of a comprehensive health system. Dr. Doug provides advisory services to athletes from a wide range of sports, including the NFL (National Football League), NBA (National Basketball Association), USA Men’s and Women’s Soccer, MLS (Major League Soccer), MLB (Major League Baseball), UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship), and USA Track and Field. This demonstrates his extensive experience in working with elite athletes.

Dr. Goldstein earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from The University of Colorado School of Medicine – Physical Therapy Program. This educational background reflects his strong foundation in physical therapy. Additionally, he has completed fellowship training, which is an advanced and specialized form of postgraduate education in the field of physical therapy.

He is also board-certified in orthopedics, indicating his expertise in the evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions.

He is the founder of Launchpad Fitness, an organization that utilizes AI (Artificial Intelligence) computer vision technology to offer performance training to youth athletes. This innovative approach enhances training programs for young athletes.
